Hey G.SKILL Forums,
I've had my PC for almost 3 years now. It's been mostly stable, but has had intermittent periods of instability. Recently, it's been very unstable... freezing has pretty much become a daily occurrence. Whether it takes a couple minutes or hours it will eventually freeze, so it was recommended that I configure my memory through the BIOS (I've always had it on AUTO options).
I've done everything in this post, but it seems even a DRAM Frequency of 1066 will freeze my PC (the fail-safe option of 1333 froze as well). I like to consider myself somewhat tech-savvy (at least more than the average person), but only when it comes to Windows. I can install hardware no problem, but I'm a novice whenever it comes to configuring and troubleshooting it.
Let me know if you need more information, and I will provide it. Any help is greatly appreciated!
