So as the topic says I got such config:

    MOBO - ASUS M4A785GTD-V EVO
    CPU - AMD PHENOM II X4 945

And I've bought this RAM F3-12800CL9D-8GSR2.

When I try to plug it and load my PC it loads until Windows startup and then goes reboot.

I've updated my bios to the latest revision and this allowed me to set memory voltage to 1.35(previous minimum was 1.5).

But as I see this RAM needs 1.25.Could I do smth within bios to make it work or should I go back to store and switch it to smth like SR or SR1?

I think the 1600 mhz is causing the issue you can run that memory up to 1.65v and not hurt it. Its not a voltage issue im not real up to date on the phenom generation from amd, but try setting the ram to run at 1066 or 1333 mhz and see if that fixes it

Did you see the guide for DDR3-1600?

      http://www.gskill.us/forum/showthread.php?t=7688

There are several changes you need to make in order for DDR3-1600 to be stable. Especially with that CPU, it is only guaranteed for DDR3-1333, so additional tweaks are necessary to force it to be stable.

      Thank you
