Unfortunately, I've hit a snag. It seems one of my sticks has failed. I was having numerous blue screen errors in Windows and ran all four sticks, two at a time, through memtest86+. One of my four sticks resulted in a pass of more than 1,600 errors, the other three all passed without error. I purchased them in September of last year and am wondering what I should do as far as an RMA is concerned? I still have my DDR3-1600 set (F3-12800CL9Q-16GBXL) to fall back on in the mean time, and I seem to have gotten better performance out of that set (mostly likely due to the faster latency, lower density, and the fact that AMD CPUs seem to hit their sweet spot at the 1600MHz frequency for RAM), so while I want to at least see if the 1866 set can be RMA'd if possible, I'm not even sure I would use it in my rig anymore. Advice?

I was busy over that week but I got the RMA confirmation email back from them in less than 3 hours. I sent it out to CA on the 22nd, and yesterday was wondering if it had actually had been delivered becuase USPS never updated the tracking info after it was marked Out for Delivery on the 24th. I emailed USPS customer service about it around 10am yesterday... at 1030 I had to send a retraction because the replacement set showed up in yesterdays mail. Pretty darn good service and turn-around considering that it got there the Friday of a holiday weekend and I got the replacement in the mail the following Thursday.

Good show GSkill customer service... good show!
