  • F3-1866C10D-16GAB @1600 MHz

I just bought this kit (2x8GB DDR3 1866 10-11-10-30) for a new build using an ASUS P8Z77-M PRO with an i5-3750K. I'm not interested in overclocking the memory, but I may mildly overclock the CPU.

At the time, I was only looking for DDR3 1600, but Newegg had a deal that made it less expensive than any of their G.SKILL 16GB DDR3 1600 kits. If I run it at 1600 MHz, how tight would you suggest I can make the timings? Is it probable that it will do 9-9-9-24 at 1.5V?

Might, but I'd say more like 9-9-9-27 at stock or lower voltage, might be able to go 1T also
