M4A785TD-V Evo + F3-12800CL9D-4BGRL (4x2gb)

Motherboard:
M4A785TD-V Evo with latest BIOS.

Memory:
F3-12800CL9D-4BGRL (4x2gb)

Cpu:
AMD Phenom II X6 1055T 2.8GHz, 3.3GHz Turbo Core.

I am trying to set up my computer using the above components. I can set up my machine fine if I only use one set of memory (2x2gb), but if I try to use 4x2gb it wont work.

What settings do I have to use to get my machine working?
BTW, my BIOS does not have the command rate option.

I was able to get this fixed. The problem was caused by bent pins on the CPU.
