  • Asus P7P55D-E PRO + 8GB RAM

Hi All, I am just wondering if anyone has had success with running 8Gb of RAM on this mobo.
I was thinking of getting 4 x 2Gb sticks (1333 or 1600). Can anyone recommend what memory to chose?
    My system:
    Motherboard: ASUS P7P55D-E PRO
    CPU: Intel Core i7-860 Lynnfield 2.8GHz LGA 1156 95W Quad-Core

    Thank you, Frik

Just depends on what you do with your computer, if you plan to overclock, and how much money you want to spend. We have a long list of memory packages compatible.

        http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-330-_-Product

These are very popular; low voltage and high performance, they are very good overclockers, or you can run at rated specs and overclock the CPU. CPU temps will be lower since the memory voltage is lower.

If you want the BEST performance, this is the kit you want:

All of our kits will be stable, so that's standard. =)
