Recommended settings with striker II extreme and F3-12800CL7D-4GBPI? (4 sticks)

What settings should I use for these in a striker II extreme, with all four sticks used. 1600 fsb is the maximum it can go to?

Anyone? Right now im running at 9,9,9,24,2t at 1.92v

for DDR3 1600, we'd recommend you to install only 2 sticks
if you have to install 4 sticks, you'll need to downgrade to DDR3 1333 CL9/8

These are running at 9,9,9,24 with frontside bus sync'd to RAM at 1780mhz. no problem. 1.9v. 11,000 read/9,000 write benchmarked.

but not every motherboard could do this, so we still dn't recommend to use 4 sticks
