I have 2 Sets of F3-12800CL7D-4GBHZ DD3-1600 PC3-12800 2048MBx2 CL 7-7-7-18 1.9V
MotherBoard is a Asus Rampage Extreme - Bios 601 (Beta Bios)
CPU: Intel QX9770
The issue I have is that the system will not recognize the memory at DDR1600 at CL 7-7-7-18 when all 4 DIMMS are inserted. If I hard set the system to DDR1600 with the correct timing, the system usually freezes during bios boot, when it does its initial DET DRAM, sometimes it will boot to the bios but the system says that "Overclocking failed" and to change the bios or go with the default setting.
If I do change it to default. The ram is defaulted to DDR1200 with a timing of 9-9-9-24. Now I can get it stable to DDR1335 with a CAS: 8-8-8-21.
What do I do to increase it to the DDR1600?
