Memory ?

Gigabyte Ga-990FXA-UD5 R5 board. 4 x 8 sticks G.SKILL Sniper Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866 (PC3 14900) Memory Model F3-14900CL9D-8GBSR. AMD Phenom II 1100T Black Edition. Ram was used in a ASUS board & correctly showed 32gb. Ram moved into the Gigabyte board but only showing 16gb. Any ideas? Gigabyte support is non-existent.

Well, F3-14900CL9D-8GBSR is a 2x4GB kit. So two of those would only be 4x4GB or exactly 16GB.

4 x 8gb sticks. All 4 slots populated. And previous board correctly recognized 32 gb.

They are 4GB modules, so with full slots you only have 16GB.
