Hello, dear G.Skill forum members,
I have one question that bothering me. I'm creating new PC build on X79 platform and looking for good memory 32 GB kit. G.Skill is exellent choice, especially G.Skill TridentX 2400 CL10 series which could be purchased for reasonable price in my country. However, from G.Skill docs and memory configurator output I found that recommended memory for X79 platform is RipjawsZ (equal 2400 CL10 kit costs $55 more) and there is nothing about TridentX.
Will purchasing G.Skill TridentX 32GB kit for X79 platform put me into trouble with compatibility? Will it be the good choice or I should pay for copmpatibility extra $55 or stick with RipjawsZ 2133CL9?
P.S. Mobo is ASUS X79-deluxe.
