Hello everybody, I`m looking for the best advice on a new build. I plan to build up an m5a99x evo with a fx8350 and ddr3?, now im looking to find out the fastest and best option between G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866 (PC3 14900) Desktop Memory Model F3-14900CL8D-8GBXM -- will my board run cl8 in this model,, or is their a 2000-MHz version in 8 gb pack that will work better, as I read on here somewhere that 2000-MHz out performed 1600 and 1866? Please weigh in!

with any AMD cpu getting 1866 isn't a guarantee, I would say its way more likely than not that it will work at 1866, but not 100% chance. I would buy the CL8 kits at 1866, that is a pretty nice kit and you should be very happy with it. -
That is a perfect memory kit for the AMD FX-8350 CPU. Get everything, start building, and let us know how it goes!
