At 2133 simply the stock settings, for normal use I start with 8-9-8-28 at 1866, and 7-8-7-26 at 1600 though depending on your combo might be able to go tighter. Have also had good luck with these sticks at 10-10-10-30 for 2400 with a 3770K and with some 2570Ks (not all 3570s can handle 2400)

only thing you can do is plug them in and try. running Prime95 for a few hours is a good way to test stability. if you are unsure maybe start with the labelled 9-10-9-28 and work backwards, but I can not see why 8-9-8-28 wouldn't work.

The actual optimal timings can vary from mobo to mobo and CPU to CPU, as a general rule of thumb, I normally just stairstep up or down, i.e. when going down if stock is 2133 9-9-9 and I take them to 1866 I'd start with 8-8-8, if going to OC the same set from 2133 up to 2400 I raise it to 10-10-10 and then, either way, if it's stable there can either tighten or loosen timings to find optimal settings

set ram frequency to 1866 and MB automatic set timings to 9-9-9-28
here is written stable timings from factroy and if on 1600 mhz 9-9-9-28 is stable , if MB set timings to 9-9-9-28 i thinik it's ok , is not it

It should be OK and stable, what's shown is some JEDEC stadards for 1600, with this set should be able to tighten those timings down as the set itself is native CL9

Let us know how you go with 9-9-9-28 @ 1866.....start from there and see how you go. Unfortunately you will be governed by your CPU+Mobo+RAM configuration, what works for someone else may not work for you.
