With the 12GB you may have to raise the MC (Memory Controller) voltage, and make sure you have the latest BIOS

yup, latest bios already installed, my mobo wanted to run the memory @ 1.5v upped that to 1.66 (cant get 1.6)
turned off the XMP, PC seems a lot more stable now, no BSOD since last msg.
