      Try this:

      Set Memory Clock - Manual
      Memory Clock - x4.00 800MHz
      DCTs Mode - Unganged

      System Voltage Control - Manual
      DRAM Voltage - 2.0V

      DRAM Configuration (submenu)
      CAS# Latency - 4
      RAS to CAS R/W Delay - 4
      Row Precharge Time - 4
Minimum RAS Active Time - 12
      1T/2T Command Timing - 2
      TwTr Command Delay - 4
      Trfc 0 for DIMM1 - 160
      Trfc 2 for DIMM2 - 160
      Trfc1 for DIMM3 - 160
      Trfc3 for DIMM4 - 160

Write Recovery Time - 8 (you can also try 6 to see if the system can support it)
      Precharge Time - 4
      Row Cycle Time - 27
RAS to RAS Delay - 4

Let me know how that goes.

Thank you again. its working but some of the values don't go exactly where you said. I noticed my motherboard model number doesn't have the P at the end of it and it's V2.0, I don't know if that's why.

this is the closest I could get the values to what you said.
