Is F2-8500CL5D-4GBPK really DDR1066?

I may be miscalculating here or just misunderstanding what is going on.
I have another thread open which is trying to get my ram F2-8500CL5D-4GBPK working with this mobo.

With the settings suggested in the last submission it is rock solid but... this is not running the ram at 1066 (which is what I bought it for) it is identified at 1000 (actually 2.60x375 = 975).

Does this mean that this RAM is not capable of running at 1066? If so I should return it and get my money back so I can buy another brand which works at the rated speed...

Anyone care to comment?

Also the images which capture the BIOS settings have been replaced with an image of an advertisement for the image storing company. Is there any chance G Skill Tech can re-upload the images or include the bios settings so they are still visible?
