F2-8500CL5D-4GBPK and M3A79-T Deluxe

I just want to make sure I'm doing this right so thought I'd get advice on what my settings should be. As shown my FSBRAM ratio is 3:8 and I've heard that 1:1 is the preferrable ratio. Is 3:8 bad or good?
Everything is stock. I've been running the RAM at 800 for two years with no problems and finally got a CPU capable of 1066.
Here are my settings according to cpu-tweaker and cpu-z:


The only settings in Bios I have changed are CL-5 tRCD-5 tRP-5 tRAS-15

Looks pretty good, the sticks should be fine at 1066 all day long and the 965 is capable of running faster, so it's just depends on how high you want to take the CPU - keep the sticks at 1066 or so
