  • What's F2-8500CL5D-4GBPQ DDR2 1066 safe voltage?

I have Intel C2D E8400 DFI DK P45 T2RS PLUS and F2-8500CL5D-4GBPQ DDR2 1066,however RAM is not stable those years
Memory Timing is important, without it bios crash, high voltage is important,GTL is important
    so I set
    CPU Clock Ratio...........................9 x
    CPU Clock.................................445 MHz

    Voltage Setting Page
    CPU VID Special Add.......................+250mV
    DRAM Voltage Control......................2.290V
    CPU GTL 0/2 REF Volt......................0.63X
    CPU GTL 1/3 REF Volt......................0.61X
North Bridge GTL REF Volt …………….0.58X

    CAS Latency Time (tCL)....................5
    RAS# to CAS# Delay (tRCD)……………..6
    RAS# Precharge (tRP)………………….6
    Precharge Delay (tRAS)....................18
    All Precharge to Act………………….7
    REF to ACT Delay (tRFC)……………….77
    pass cs:go 8 rounds,pass restart 8 rounds,and system stable.
But I hear 2.3v will fry memory, how can I get stable system and don't fry memory?

More voltage is fine as long as you use the voltage. Too much unused voltage is what causes damage.

I think motherboard use tight parameter to maximize RAM performance,so high voltage is needed. However voltage above 2.3v is not safe and also cause unstable.Neither high voltage nor low voltage cause unstable.

I think DFI DK P45 T2RS PLUS auto overclock RAM by default,so default RAM Voltage is not for my RAM,I need set default RAM Voltage to 2.1v,and CPU overclock is fail,I don't know how to.
