    I’m using
    Motherboard: DFI LANPARTY DK P45-T2RS PLUS
    Memory: F2-8500CL5D-4GBPQ (5-6-6-18 1066 @2.0v)
    CPU: Intel core 2 e8400
    since 2010 and experience unstable this four years,and I see

    I'm using memtest test F2-8500CL5D-4GBPQ,and get this

    boot Windows 7 BSOD restart,after restart boot overclocked 425x9 112.5mv 2.147v NB GTL 58 boot yosemite need login,then yosemite crash.

    So I if I want cpu 400x9 my computer stable,I need set F2-8500CL5D-4GBPQ at 2.1v,set NB GTL 58.However I see in F2-8500CL5D-4GBPQ package and SPD EPP descriped I only need 2.0v to let my computer stable.But it is unstabe at 2.0v.Why I need to do this?What's NB GTL?Did this mean my memory has some problem?
    And I experience crash when I using clover at DDR2 800 at 1.9v,did I need set voltage to 2.1v all the time?

    So if I wanna run 425x9 stable,I need CPU +112.5mv,RAM at 2.147v,CPU GTL 63 61 NB GTL 58,even with 2.123v memory will unstable,but F2-8500CL5D-4GBPQ in package and EPP descriped only need 2.0v.Why I need such high voltage to run gskill memory?

      Maybe that is the set voltage, but actual voltage supplied is lower. As long as the system is stable then it is good.

        The system is not stable since 2009.10.4,and still not 100% stable,because the motherboard doesn't let memory works,and this cause crash shutdown restart cmos error and all unstable things everyday happened annoy me.I search the forum and find my motherboard dfi dk p45-t2rs http://www.gskill.us/forum/showthread.php?t=5644.said 2.2v to half stable.However I don't know how to install memory properly,it's hard to install memory for me.Because when I move case,the memory doesn't works,so boot fail,and motherboard debug led shows error code.

          Did you try one stick at a time to see if may be it is a bad stick?

            I have used Corsair Dominator CM2X2048-8500C5D,it's bad stick.Because Windows Memory Diagnostics Tool said it's bad.However F2-8500CL5D-4GBPQ seems not bad,because first time I use it whole day without error with 300mv 2.338v 61 61 58 5 6 6 18 425x9,my e8400 is cheap,F2-8500CL5D-4GBPQ is cheap,DFI DK P45 T2RS PLUS is cheap,I need high voltage,slow memory timing and anything slow to works.

              用memtest测试,CPU也会导致error,RAM也会导致Crash
              稳定425需要CPU +112.5mv,RAM at 2.147v,GTL 63 61 58,任何一个低了都会不稳定
              CPU AUTO电压没有+112.5mv电压高
              Memory: F2-8500CL5D-4GBPQ (5-6-6-18 1066 @2.0v) 在CPU-Z下显示SPD的JEDEC EPP正确,在AIDA64下EPP显示错误为 5 6 6 17 2.0v
              超频早期失败会导致USB无法进BIOS
              超频失败后重启,再次超频如果会导致Overclock fail,不断重启,主板鸣叫。这证明第二次超频也失败,正常超频成功会重启成功。将boot clock设为200虽然能解决问题,但超频仍然是失败。超频或不超频遇到默频死机,超频win7图标错误 ,chome崩溃,flash错误,死机,蓝屏,clover死机,自动重启,关机开机三启提示overc lock fail。在CPU +125mv,RAM at 2.170v,GTL 63 61 58里死机重启,+150mv 2.2v玩MAME OSX crash,iTunes Home Vidoes死机重启
              +200mv 2.2v PD10黑屏 打开YouTube重启

              Intel C2D E8400 motherboard safe voltage is +250mv,RAM GSKILL F2-8500CL5D-4GBPQ safe voltage is 2.1v,GTL is 61 61 58.Bus Speed is 440 MHz,memory timing is 5 6 6 18
              Now seems stable,Bus speed set to 444 MHz,CS:GO gaming failed,so memory should not run 1066 MHz.And timing also cannot run 5 5 5 15.

              OK,I find out that my motherboard DFI DK P45 T2RS PLUS tRFC is set to tight(52),default should be 70 for 1066 and 52 for 800MHz http://forums.guru3d.com/showthread.php?t=346318

              Open 60 Tabs on Chrome no fail with 425x9,440x9 with fail
              Open 60 Tabs on Safari system restart with 2.1v no problems
              300mv 2.338v bios crash,so 250mv 2.290 is safe voltage

              Memory Timing is important,without it bios crash,high voltage is important,GTL is important
              so I set
