I need all Optimal (Sub)Timings f?r the Memory and my Board(Gigabyte MA-790FX-DQ6)

The Autoconfig uses this Timings:

you have to set 5-5-5-15(CL-tRCD-tRP-tRAS) and 2T(command rate) and add the vdimm voltage to 2.1v manually
