    Does G.Skill have a live text chat I can use to talk to tech support?

    I would rather talk to a tech support agent through live text chat than pick up the phone and call. I already sent an email to the US tech support email on thier website but have not had a response in 24 hours. I also posted in the DDR4 forums about my issue, but would rather text chat directly with a G.Skill tech support employee if possible. I have done this before with Asus about my motherboard and have had good experiences.

    I think live text chat is a feature that G.Skill should offer.

    Sure, you can fine us on any NewEgg page, or I can help you here. It's better to document the conversation in case any one else has the same or similar issue and it may help them.
    Are you an overclocker? Have screen shots of your OC results? Please post and share your OC experience!
