  • Stable configuration for F3-2400C11-8GSR please?

    Hi,
    I got F3-2400C11-8GSR. It's dual ram combo which is 8Gx2.
    Now I have some questions for this product.
    I read the post that there is a D to indicate it's dual stick combo. But mine don't have the D after F3-2400C11, why? Is this the product for dual stick combo? Or my product seller just gather them manually and sell them as memory combo.
    2 sticks are all F3-2400C11-8GSR.

    For now, I have AMD A10-5700 with mobo FM2A88M-HD+
    Since we need to manually tweak the settings for ram, Because XMP profile will gave the settings under 2400. But A10-5700 only supports to 1866.
    So, What is the best ram (Most stable first and still fast) settings for this ram under 1866?
    What about the voltage? Can it be 1.5V when it is working under 1866?

    And later, Maybe 1 week, I'll buy A10-5800K and another same dual stick combo, This processor supports ram speed up to 2133.
    So, what is the best settings for 2133? both voltage and other settings please.

    Is there a way to check how much voltage it is for the running system for each slot in ram by using app? I use aida to check the voltage, It seems the voltage is just read from the factory settings in memory instead of the current system voltage.

    Sorry, I'm not a overclocker, The reason I bought this combo is because it's the cheapest 2400 combo for dual sticks. Others are either too expensive nor fast enough to reach 2400.

    Thanks!

    For DDR3-1866 try 9-10-10-27 / 9-10-9-27 @ 1.6V. If thats stable you can try to move the voltage down, step by step. At DDR3-2133 i would start with 11-11-11-28 and 1.6V.

    F3-2400C11-8GSR -> Is a single 8gb memory module
    F3-2400C11D-16GSR -> Is a kit of two F3-2400C11-8GSR

      Sorry to disturb you again.
      How about the settings for 1600?
      I plan to test these on my a4-5300 too.

      Thanks for your time. :-)

        1600 8-9-9-24 1.5V

        I would skip the A4-5300 though (and all other single module based APUs).

          I replaced a4-5300 with a10-5700, But a4-5300 is still here.
          I record these is for future reference.

          Thanks really for your time. I'm testing the settings.
