Slower memory with good latency must beat hi speed mem with bad timing in benchmark.

On almost all modern platforms that does not hold true below DDR3-2400. Even with a decent kit of Elpida Hypers at DDR3-2000 7-7-6-20 you can barely match the performance of most DDR3-2400 kits (when tweaked).

New resut test

New...No error in Memtest at 1866MHZ 1.5v latency at....9-10-9-28-2N.
Picture cpu-z at 1866 MHZ and 2400 MHZ.
Also no error in Memtest at 2400 MHZ.
