So wait, they took some of the cheapest 1833 mhz memory Gskill makes, paired it against higher end kits from other manufacturers... and it almost every case Gskill came out on top... While I hate Tom's hardware, This test should be touted by Gskill everywhere
Also surprising they managed to get a 1866 set of ripjaws stable at 2400, with decent latencies. Anyone who considers Gskill a "value" brand is accurate but most people miss take the term value for "cheap." I just find it hilarous that a set or ripjaws rated for 1866 blew away some 2400 mhz memory, sad they didn't drop a set of tridents in the mix and make them all cry, or at least a better set of ripjaws
