Compatibility question

I'm going to build a new system and I'd prefer the RAM-s below. But I can't find this in the QVL list of mobo-s (there are only RipJaws kits but these are for me too high), and I can't find the mobo-s in the QVL list of the RAM-s either. The possible mobo-s are:

Gigabyte GA-H77 D3H
Gigabyte GA-Z77 D3H
MSI Z87-G43 Gaming

and the Ram-s:

F3-1600C9D-16GAR
F3-1600C8Q-16GAB (I suppose, this would be the better choice)

The CPU: Xeon 1245v2

I wonder whether they were compatibel. Please help me!

Another question: what is the difference between the series Ripjaws x, Ripjaws z and Ares

The Ares will be good choices, if you want a little better performance could look to the Trident, their upper fin is removable
