Add the jumper, power on the computer, start ssd firmware, plug in unit 64g falcon, click ok then I get this. Probably something simple done it quite a few times with the same results. Look in the device manager and it recognizes this yatapdong, am I suppost to format the drive first or is there a step missing in the instructions?

You need to follow the instructions carefully, you actually need to boot up with the drive un-plugged from the system, and then start the app and it will prompt you to plug it in.
