You haven't listed the actual model of the set you have (different models in the 2000 freq range cary in base DRAM voltage from 1.55 to 1.65), but should be OK, though with some models i.e. those w/ 1.55 base rating, I wouldn't take them much higher

      here is model spec

      Cas Latency: 9
      Voltage: 1.6V
      Multi-channel Kit: Triple Channel Kit
      Timing: 9-9-9-24
      Model #: F3-16000CL9T-6GBTDD

      i7 920(Do) 4.2MHz
      1. vcore 1.456v
      2. 9-9-9-24-2t
      4. QPI/VTT = 1.64v
      5. PCIE = 1.60v
      6. QPI PLL = 1.20v
      7. IOH Core = 1.20v
      8. ICH I/O = 1.60v
      9. ICH Core = 1.20v
      10. DRAM Voltage = 1.66v

QPI/VTT IS 1.64v and kinda scare i dont want to fry it so....
what is maximum for vtt voltage?
      thx

My fault, saw the DRAM voltage didn't see the QPI/VTT you had shown, and NO I wouldn't want to run it that high, Even 1.4 is on the high side
