  • SSD Falcon can not detect

    Yesterday, During I'm using WindowsXP... It's Freeze.. So, I reset my computer.
    SSD Falcon disappear!?!? can't detect. When I trid to put Jumper for update firmware, BIOS can detect "YATAPDONG BAREFOOT-ROM". how can i do now? update firmware?

    If its a laptop take your SSD out of your laptop, take the battery out of your laptop and ten minutes latter push down the power button for 30 seconds. This will reset your bios in your laptop and should fix the freeze, reinstall your SSD and start with the fresh install again. Also if you have an external 2.5 drive enclosure you can do a reformat on your SSD and that sometimes helps.

      it seemed it is defective
      please return it to your local reseller if you didn't buy it for a long time
      or you could directly RMA with us by sending RMA request to rma@gskill.com
