F3-10600CL8D-4GBHK 1333 clock settings on a GIGABYTE GA-MA790XT-UD4P Mobo

Im running a GIGABYTE GA-MA790XT-UD4P with F3-10600CL8D-4GBHK and can only seem to only have it run at 667MHz i have set my timings manually to 8-8-8-21 in my BIOS but when i pull up AMD Overdrive still reads it only running at 667 MHz it is the same in CPU-Z as well. I have included a screens of the settings and can maybe tell me where im messing up at.
