memtest errors

Hi I got an evga 780i board whith a Q6600 running @ 3.6 whith memory F2-6400PHU2-2GBHZ. My computer started freezing up during gameplay. I ran memtest and got all kinds of errors. The settings I am useing are 5-5-5-15 @ 2.2v whith all other settings on auto. I also use the oczxtc memory cooler. I would like to do an rma but I dont have the box it came in. Only saved the sticker that was on the box. Am I out of luck for an rma?

it's fine to RMA without the original box or invoice
just make sure the heat spreader and the stickers are still there
