Testing the p6t deluxe F3-12800CL9T-6GBNQ

hi guys can u tell me what settings i need for bios for the ASUS P6T Deluxe bios version 1303 with F3-12800CL9T-6GBNQ trying to run at 1600 mhz on desktop seems ok but when in game little laggy but when i get out of game bsod
errors are
memory tryied to write to read only memory
irql is not equal to or less
getting really anoing now as it is completely new puter running QI7 940 stock with GTX295 v/card

ps wont boot on one stick so im going to bring back do u think other two could be faulty as well.?????
ive tried every thing from auto to ovclocked mmmm


help pls lots of help ty pls ta

what volts and so on i need to put in there??

you could enable the XMP to run at DDR3 1600 automatically
or you could set them manually to DDR3 1600 9-9-9-24 2N@1.5v
would you like to run memtest to check if it's memory issue?
if your problem only happens while playing games, it could be video card or driver issue

Have you tried each stick individually, or only the 1? Also, which slot(s) are you putting the sticks in? Which OS are you using (assuming 64 bit, Vista or XP? Driver for your 295 (a couple were buggy and/or not for 295)?

ok im useing xmp at 1600
then was manual like u say G.S

yes i have tried each stick individually one by one
slots are the orange ones triple channel
as for the 295 driver was the one out of the box 181.2 i think
then next one after that 182.08 all no good same probs
now im trying
185.66 which is the beta one just releast

oh as well im running xp 32 and yes i know it only sees 2.99gb of the ram
ihave got xp64bit to put on but wont it stable in this one first
so i will keep u up dated with what happens now

Might try 182.50 driver for your graphics card, 185.66 (the beta) has actually been out for a while. 182.50 loads a number of fixes for different games and is a little more tailored to the 295 and 285 (I'm running it on a 285).

Gskill provided the timings that should be good (the 9-9-9-24), with this board though, you might try 1.6 volts, if the 1.5 they suggested doesn't help.

as ive just reformatted hard drives still doing write to read only memery error when geting out of games
so i will try the newer driver u say

um u think it could be doggy hard drives
got them running as raid0
??? ive got replacment ram yesterday and first test still doing it

or you could try to increase QPI voltage
