compatibility question

i need to know if an asus p6x58d-e, cooler master v6gt, and the G.SKILL Trident+ Turbulence II 12GB model# F3-12800CL7T-12GBTDD will fit together.

ive read around and some people have trouble with certain other cpu coolers working with this type of ram. but i cant find any solid info if the ram+cooler fits with the cooler master v6gt. any help or insight would be much appreciated

Trident series is around ~54mm tall, so if you can clear that, you should be fine.
