  • Checking F2-8500CL5D-2GBPK compatibility

    Building a computer and want to verify compatibility. I search the forum but didn't see anything. Asus has it in their QVL list but wanted to be sure. Thank you.

          Do you plan to overclock the Brisbane? Know I managed to OC a friends 44 in a Biostar Tf7025 to stable everyday value of 2.9GHz.

          If not you may still need to go into the bios to get it to run at 1066, as it may default to 800.

            Stock speed is fine for me. And was wanting to run at 1066.

              Then remember you may very well have to go into the bios at boot-up to get the memory set to 1066-5-5-5-15-23-2T, andI would set the vdimm to 2.0v.
