F3-120800cl7d-4gbpi and evga 790i ulta

I am running F3-120800cl7d-4gbpi ddr3 and evga 790i ulta motherboard with a q9450 proccesor 1333mhz. I have tried running the ram with auto settings, it sets these at:1066 tcl 8, trcd 8, trp 8, tras 20, command per clock 1t, trrd 4, trc 40, twr 40, twtr18, tfaw 25, tref 7.7us, trfc 289, @ 1.7v . I have also tried setting it at 1333 with auto on the timings it gives me: 9-9-9-24 1T 4 33 12 17 21 7.7 289 @1.7v. I have also tried 1600 manually set at 7-7-7-18 auto: 2t 5 40 12 18 25 7.7 289 @ 1.9v
I am running the latest bios P08. My computer crashes quite a bit from memory problems when playing games. Could you please give me a suggestion on how to make it more stable? I am currently running the last set of timings i gave you and it is failling windows mem test, it seems to be the most stable but it is still not good.

did you set it with linked or unlinked mode?
try to set it with unlinked mode
and it is necessary to set bios manually while running at DDR3 1600
please set it DDR3 1600 7-7-7-18 2T@1.9v
and you could also try to increase the nv SPP voltage to 1.3-1.4v

Thank you for replying. I have tried these settings. I am still failing mem test. It gives me several errors saying "pair 37644586 does not store values correctly". I am still experiencing crashes and corrupt files. Is there anything else i can try?
