CPU cooler that will fit my P6X58D and F3-12800CL7T RAM - Need your recommendation!

Hi there,

I am upgrading my computer and have ordered last week:
G.Skill F3-12800CL7T-12GBTDD (4Gx3),
Asus P6X58D Premium motherboard,
i7 930 CPU,
Noctua NH-D14 CPU cooler,
Indigo Xtreme.
Just found out that Noctua will fit on motherboard, but is not compatible with G.Skill RAM:

Please advise me about good CPU cooler that will fit both, the mobo and a RAM.
