S/N for RMA

If I'm no longer in possession of the original box that the memory came in, will I be rejected for RMA if I don't have the S/N?

Did you remove the sticker on the memory? The s/n should be on the memory sticker. As long as the memory has not been tampered with, we can always have it exchanged.
