  • Safe OC'ing limits 8500 CL5D 4GBPK

I'm very new to this forum (and OC'ing) so please forgive my ignorance. The link below is current CPUZ Validation of system specs after completing a 13 hr Prime95 torture test.

I am looking for advice with what would be considered SAFE and usable limitations of Ram Frequency for F2-8500 CL5D 4GBPK. I'm considering pushing for a higher OC but have no idea how much, is to much for this ram and wish to find and stay within safe boundaries.

Settings changed so far not show in link include MemVoltage is 2.1v, VDDNB to 1.2v, HT Voltage to 1.38 (max HT Voltage in bios) and Vcore to 1.375v. Temps hold at 37c mobo and 41c CPU at full load. There is a internal case mod 80mm North/South Bridge-Ram cooler also, but no temp.

Apologies if this posted in wrong area!

    CPU-z not showing.

The memory is DDR2-1100 no problems with rated specs. You can increase voltage and timings for DDR2-1200, but with your hardware, I'd say DDR2-1100 is sufficient. Any higher may overload the memory controller, and it may just become slower. Increasing the VDDNB Voltage would help, but at one point it will be too high/unstable.

    Thank you
