F2-8500CL6D-4GBNQ x 2 ASRock Motherboard issues

model of the motherboard: ASRock A780GXE/128M AM2+/AM2
model of the memory: F2-8500CL6D-4GBNQ x 2 (Total 8Gb)
model of the CPU: AMD Phenom 9850 BLACK EDITION

I am able to run the memory at 1066 with only 2 sticks installed.

unable to run 1066 with 4 sticks. OS will not boot. Will boot at 800.

Any chance these will ever work at their full speed with 4 sticks installed?

sorry we do not guarantee for 4 sticks
not every 2 pairs could run together without problem
and if you still want to run with 4 sticks, please try to add HT or northbridge voltage
it might help the stabilty while running with 4 sticks
