ive been having some crashing issues on my new machine with vista 64, and i think i have narrowed it down too one of my bad ram sicks. i would RMA both, however i do need my computer and i dont have any extra DDR2 ram stick laying around, so i was hoping i could either get a new set sent to me first before i send in my faulty ones with ohh say a credit card number hold or something. If not i will want too send in only one of my sticks so i can keep my computer running, however i do not know how too interpret the results of this test. ill post a link too the picture of the results, maybe someone can help me here.

sorry, but we don't have cross-ship service
you can only send back one stick if you have to keep the other
but we'd recommend you to send back both, 'coz we always test them together
for RMA, you'll have to fill out the RMA form, which can be downloaded from our website, and return it to us
We'll issue you a RMA number and tell you the details
    thanks.
