F2-8500CL5D-4GBPK: tRFC question

The spd tRFC for this ram is 51 at 400mhz, 68 in the EPP and if left at 'auto' in bios, my mobo sets it to 73. 73 is very high and it seems very stable at 60. What tRFC would you recommend for this ram running at 500mhz using the 3:4 ratio?

Update: My bios sets all the sub timings very loose compared to the EPP settings so I set all sub timings to EPP values except tRFC at 54 (instead of 68). I ran Memtest86 overnight and there were no errors. Is there any good reason to set tRFC as high as 68?

Nevermind. tRFC-54 works fine. No need to increase it.
