    1. What are the minimum/maximum/optimum ram timing settings for this ram?

With Everest I've seen read throughputs of up to 14GB/s overclocked.

Underclocked is about 8.7 GB/s. What are the minimum settings when underclocking?

    System
    i7 920
    Rampage II Extreme
    12 GB G.SKILL Memory
    Seagate 7200.11 1.5 TB Drive
    ASUS EAH 4870 512mb
    Thermaltake Armour 8000B Case

Lastly, is there anywhere I can view the real technical documents for the chips themselves?

    More..

Ok, so here I am doing my homework on DDR3 Ram.

    JEDEC standard modules

    Standard name
    DDR3-1066

    Memory clock Cycle time
    133 MHz

    Cycle time
    7.5 ns

    I/O Bus clock
    533 MHz

    Data transfers per second
    1066 Million

    Module name
    PC3-8500

    Peak transfer rate
    8533 MB/s

    ================

    DDR3-1333
    166 MHz
    6 ns
    667 MHz
    1333 Million
    PC3-10600
    10667 MB/s[1]
    ===================

So I should be getting somewhere between 8533 and 10667 MB/s according to Jedec standard.

Everest gives me these possible timings:

    9-9-9-24 @ 666 MHz
    8-8-8-22 @ 592 MHz
    7-7-7-19 @ 518 MHz
    6-6-6-16 @ 444 MHz

      More 2

When my motherboard is left on [AUTO] settings it defaults to:

      8-8-8-20

      with
      59-8-6-16-0

      2nd info 2N-54-56-57

      3rd Info 5-5-14-10-10-10-7-6-7-7-4

      Dram Bus Voltage: Auto

      min 1.51106V
      max 2.50492V

      Current 1.488 --> 1.51 (roughly)

There is a memory up feature which allows me to automatically choose:
      DDR3-1600
      DDR3-1800
      DDR3-2000

Dram Frequency (For Locked CPU DDR3-800 and DDR3-1066 Can Work only)

      QPI Link can be set..
      4800 MT/s
      5866 MT/s
      6400 MT/s

        sorry....
we're not sure about your question

for this model, it could run fine at our rated speed with default settings
or you could set it DDR3 1333 9-9-9-24 2N @1.5v manually in BIOS
as for how much it could be overclocked, we can't guarantee for that
        thanks
