How long does your RMA process usually take?

I don't see it being mentioned in the RMA form.

Once we receive your return, it generally takes 1-2 days for processing, then the rest is simply shipping back to you. Depending on where you are located, it can take 3-5 days, or more if international.

Will you send an email letting us know you received it or when you ship out the replacement? Or at least respond to the the status request threads or should we just wait a week wondering what the status is?

For the RAM number, do you need me to email you just need the completed RMA form or do you need the invoice too?
