Problem overclocking F2-8000CL5D-4GBPQ on dfi dk p35

Im using F2-8000CL5D-4GBPQ

I cant seem to clock well or run tight timings with the ram on my dfi dk p35 even at 2.5vdimm

I use memtest and it keeps on giving me error

Is there any incompatibility issue wif the motherboard im using?
