PS: Runs fine at 800 Mhz, however does not boot when set to 1066, 5-5-5-15, or 6-6-6-18

VTT FSB and MCH set to 1.4V
mem set to 2.0 and 2.1 V
cpu @ 1.35 V

sorry, could you tell us the exact model name, which should be on the stickers on the heat spreader?
and did you overclock your CPU? and at how many frequency?
