what timings should I use?

MB-Foxconn 6100K8MB-RS
Mem-F1-3200PHU2-2GBNT
CPU- AMD 3400+ 754 chipset.


I recently purchased a Foxconn 6100K8MB-RS and am using your paired F1-3200PHU2-2GBNT. The bios is not straight forward on what each timing is, so I'm currently running the motherboard on auto setup. Default timings of 333.609 (DDR) Mhz tRAS:7, tRCD:4, tRP: 3.
I was able to get these valuse using a second source application. Nvidia's control panel.

we don't think this model could do this timing
it is standard series, not for overclocking
