Fl-3200PHU2-2GBNS Question

I have an Abit IS-7, P4 - 3.0 ghz that I have used this memory (2GB) for almost 2 years with no problems. I just put in another 2GB for a total of 4GB. When the computer posts, it shows a memory test just after starting. The new total is showing 3670016 mb. Is this to be expected, or is it telling me that some of the total memory is bad??

In Win XP it shows a total memory of 4096mb. Usable is in the 3500mb range.

it is normal
in 32 bit OS, because of the limitation, there will be only 3.xxGB available
