  • Memory not running at proper speed with Pentium4 CPU

    Motherboard : Gigabyte GA-EP35-DS3L
    RAM : G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500)
    CPU : Pentium D 2.8 Ghz

All settings in bios are at default.

The memory is running at 800 mhz instead of 1066 mhz. Can someone help me get it running at the proper speed?
    Thank you.

    Decided to upload a picture

I decided to upload a picture of the specs so that it can hopefully better the outcome.

    Thanks

to run DDR2 1066, you'll need to at least overclock your CPU FSB frequency to 266
and it seemed very difficult for your CPU to run with that high frequency
if you insist to run DDR2 1066, we'd recommend you to change your CPU
      thanks
