I have 2 128GB Falcons in RAID0. Does this FW update support RAID? And if it does and I clone the drive to reinstall after, does it defeat the purpose of updating the FW?

Yes, your Falcon?s will work in RAID 0 with this firmware (RAID 0 works with every Falcon firmware), but without TRIM support. TRIM works only with single Falcon drive under Windows 7 and native Windows storage drivers. You have to wait, if your chipset manufacturer releases new drivers with TRIM function included.

Feels like I have been waiting on this FW for some time now. Has anyone heard anything from G Skill saying when they will release FW that supports RAID drives? Is there any way to get space back on my drives right now?Desktop PC
