F1-3200PHU1-1GBNS in Dell OptiPlex GX260

So I?m looking to upgrade the puny 512Mb RAM (DDR PC2700) in my computer to its maximum of 2Gb, and I have a question about the G.Skill F1-3200PHU1-1GBNS

Since my mobo can only support single channel RAM, is the aforementioned ?hopefully new? RAM (PC3200) single-channel or dual-channel?

I couldn?t find any references to which type it is, and most important, will in work and be compatible in my machine?

My future plans include changing out the CPU to an Intel P4 3.06 Ghz (SL6PG)with hyperthreading.
