Trim in Windows 7

Hi all
Just trying to find out a bit more about Trim in windows 7 64bit .
I have check the status of it and it says its activated , but do you need to run the Trim program now or will windows do it for you ?

Any info most appreciated

you don't need to run TRIM in W7...it's automatic...only the Wiper program requires a manual start
