model of the memory: F2-8000CL5D-4GBPQ
model of the CPU: Intel Q6600

The problem I am having is that Prime95 will error out within 10seconds on all 4 cores if I set the ram to 1066mhz, but if its set at 800mhz prime95 runs fine for hours. I have the voltage manually set to 2.1. I have not had a chance to run memtest yet, if I have a chance I will. Is it a compatibility issue with the mother board or something else?

did you try to run DDR2 1000, 'coz it's not DDR2 1066 product
